“Rented scooters for the Amalfi coast, staying in Amalfi. Found out day of we arrived that a week prior there had been a land slide that blocked the road to and from Positano (no one informed us of this), we couldn’t pick up our scooters, there was no road access. They refused to refund us because it was less than 24hrs (20hrs) even though they knew about this for a week prior.”
